Upstairs is light and open, with raked timber ceilings, pine floors and glass doors opening onto a wide deck beneath a grapevine. The living room and master bedroom both open onto the deck, with outdoor dining overlooking the trees.

Downstairs, thick rammed earth walls and a potbelly fire create a second living space, with another lounge and a dedicated workspace. Outside, there’s a firepit amongst the trees, while the walking track at the end of the street leads directly to the foreshore and into town.
