Where leadership teams actually switch off
A small portfolio of design-led homes across Margaret River, Dunsborough and Yallingup — three hours from Perth, designed for the kind of strategy day, partner offsite, or client trip where the venue earns its place on the agenda.
The South West of Western Australia is three hours from Perth — close enough to be a logistics non-issue, far enough that phones go quiet. Our properties are sole-occupancy, full-property bookings. No other guests. No surprises.
Privacy, presence, and somewhere worth the drive
Why Indah for Off-Sites
Sole occupancyWhole-property exclusivity is the default, not an upgrade. Your team has the home, the grounds, the views, and the kitchen entirely to themselves.
Working spaces that workLong dining tables, separate breakout rooms, fast Wi-Fi, screens where they make sense. Designed for sessions that need focus and meals that pull people back together.
Local arranged aheadCatering, sommelier-led tastings, in-house yoga, private chef, surf coaching, photography. Arranged before you arrive — the team rolls up to a plan, not a phone tree.
Curated for groups of 8 to 10
A handful of our portfolio is purpose-built for group bookings — strong bed-to-bath ratios, generous shared spaces, and the kind of design that signals "this matters" the moment people walk in. The full portfolio runs to 18 homes; if your group sits outside the shortlist below, we'll match you.
Four-storey home with a rooftop pool, ocean views from the upper levels, and the kind of dramatic spaces that make a strategy day feel like an event. Two kitchens for catering, dedicated home theatre, woodfired pizza oven on the deck. Steps to the beach via the walkway.
Best for: a leadership team that wants the venue to do some of the storytelling. The "they'll-be-talking-about-this-for-years" pick.

Our Off-Site Properties
What's standard, what we can arrange
How It Comes Together
Every Indah off-site begins with the property and the planning behind it. Anything beyond that, we arrange — and quote transparently up front. No surprise lines on the invoice.

Property matched to your brief
We listen to your group size, working format, and what kind of off-site you're running, then recommend the property that fits.
