Bathroom 1: Ensuite to master bedroom with separate toilet for all to access.

Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: King bed that can be split into singles.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with bathtub. The toilet is separate.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 3 night booking minimum

  • 4 night minimum over school holidays and Easter

  • 7 night booking minimum during peak Summer period.

Property rules & Things to note:

Noise levels must be maintained at a considerate volume at all times. We kindly request that all outdoor noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

The outdoor fire pit is only to be used during safe burning times as outlined by the City of Busselton.
